Maintenance, Repair and Support Plan
For maintenance, repair or support of products purchased from Cable Com, Inc., in Austin please call (512) 250-5901 or (800) 880-2468 nationwide. Normal hours of operation are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. CST., Monday through Friday. Emergency service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. After hours, holidays and weekends, follow the voicemail prompts to the "Emergency Service" mailbox, and the on-call technician will respond.
Cable Com, Inc. has a complete staff of service professionals and supports repairs and/or maintenance of the products sold. The company honors all manufacturers' warranties and additionally guarantees all goods and services for a minimum of one year from the date of purchase.
Statement of Guarantee
Cable Com, Inc. guarantees to make available equivalent replacement parts for products it sells to the State for at least 3 years after the product is discontinued.
